Like I said before…
Your profile is a “Movie Trailer” for what it’s like to date you…
Men are VISUAL (and yes, shallow.) The picture is ALWAYS the first thing he’s going to notice (just like your smile, your eyes or your absolutely amazing ass is what he notices in the real world.)
No matter what your profile SAYS, your photos are going to be what establishes his first impression (and first “fantasy”) of who you are.
Photo Rules…
You want “professional-looking” photos. Doesn’t mean you have to pay someone or go to the cheesy portrait studio at the mall, but no grainy shots taken in a bar on your iPhone.
No skin. No alcohol or drugs. No middle fingers…
Dress for your body. No “Walmart Pants.” No “Mom Jeans.” Men are visual so the shape and silhouette is incredibly important.

Warning: A Matter Of Safety
Yes there are creeps on the Internet.
Do NOT put a picture of your house, mention exactly where you work or anything else that some stalker could use to steal your identity and be in a terrible Melissa McCarthy movie. (Seriously, Identity Thief was AWFUL.)
(This is yet another reason not to put your kids in there.)
How Many Photos Should You Have On Your Profile?
At least 3 and no more than 6. A little goes a long way. This isn’t Facebook. =)
The 3 Photos You Must Have In Your Profile
Photo 1: The Full Body (or 3/4 body) Shot
If a guy can’t see you from the neck down in your profile he’s going to assume the worst (tentacles.)
Men are attracted to all sorts of female bodies (not just cover models.) The key is to have confidence and to OWN what you have and who you are.
How you crop your photo is important. See the worksheet.

How to Pose in Your Full Body Shot…
- Cool and Confident…
- Look at the camera.
- Strong, genuine smile.
- Crossed arms shows relaxation without vulnerability.

Hands on Hips…
- Not showing off, but not ashamed of who you are.
- Casual.
- Open to having fun.
- This type of eye contact is attractive without being “sexy.”

The “Over The Shoulder”
- Says “Chase Me.”
- A bit more “flirty” – which can be good or bad.
- Good to at least try this pose.
Quick Note on Angles…
- High angles (looking down at you) make you look “submissive” (or like you’re in the X-Files.)
- Low angles (looking up) make you look powerful but frightening like a giantess.
- Straight on angles make you look like an equal (which should be what you’re looking for.)
